I have just finished 2 projects with Efficient Renovation: replacing carpet with engineered hardwood/laminate in 5 rooms and remodeling the master bathroom. Overall I am pleased with the results, and would give Efficient Renovation a 5-star rating. The Sale Rep (Lawrence) and Project Manager (Jose) are on top of the communication throughout the projects, from estimate to schedule and quality inspection. They have specialized crews for each steps of the jobs, and always left the work site clean at the end of the day. The tile team is extraordinary, paying attention to small details to make my shower wall like a work of art out of the pattern on large-format tiles. I would highly recommend their services.
